Weekend Packing Guides: The Hamptons

I'm totally day dreaming of all of my favorite places to take a little trip to this summer. So many places come to mind for a great long weekend summer trip. I thought I would start with the Hamptons. I have only been there a handful of times but love it. It is a really a big spot on the east end of Long Island and there is so much to enjoy! When I think about packing for a long weekend, I pick pieces that can be mixed and matched, as well as transition from day to night. This can also leave room in your suitcase for a little shopping :) Long Weekend Packing Guide: The Hamptons Hamptons Sweater | White Dress | Sunhat Linen Shorts | Pearl Handbang | Bow Slides * Sunglasses | Swim Top + Bottom | Espadrilles | Tennis Dress * use code SARAHFLINT-BALIBBYM for $50 off the sandals! Since there is really so much to do and see in the Hamptons, tailoring your packing list to your activities is very helpful. For this packing guide here are the activities I was thinking of: going to...

My Favorite Things as a Medical Student

Grab a cuppa for this post :) I am done with my first year of medical school and about to start my second year. Where has the time and the summer gone! I wanted to share some school favorites that helped me through because starting a health professional school is daunting. Please reach out if you are starting med school, PA school, dental school, NP school, etc. if you have any questions! There is a handful of things that pulled me through the first year. Medical school is hard and finding things to support you and your day to day schedule is so crucial. At least, for me, it has been. Being in med school is a full time job but one where you work 12+ hours a day. These are things that I use every day that have made my life easier or less arduous. I am including a mix of my favorite products and study resources, so here are my tried and true things that have gotten me through year one (if you are just here for the organization and fave products, just ignore the study resources 😋)....

My Nordstrom Sale Picks

Today starts public access to the Nordstrom Sale! This sale gets a lot of hype, and there are some good finds but I usually use it to stock up things I use every day and my favorite basics. This sale is known for things selling out but being restocked periodically, so keep you eye out if you see something that is out of stock but you want it! Bra  |   Sunglasses  |   Sunday Riley  |   Rain Boots Barbour Jacket  |   Longchamp Tote  |   Hydroflask Jeans  |   Sneakers  |   Diptyque Set  |   Winter Parka Bra - This is my favorite bra/brand of bras. I try to pick one up every NSale because I seriously wear them every day! Great fit and so comfy! Sunday Riley Set - These two products are my holy grails of skin care. I use them every day. The price for both of these products is hard to beat, so I recommend stocking up now or grabbing it to try! Sunday Riley really makes most of my favorite skin car...

What I'm Loving no. 31

Happy Friday! Back with another favorites post to share what I've been loving, coveting and reading. Hope everyone has a nice relaxing long weekend :)  WHAT I'M LOVING: - Saie Glowy Highlighter Gel - My mom actually impulsed purchased this, and we are now both obsessed! It is this highlighter gel that you can use all over your face as a base for your make-up or use like a regular highlighter. I've been loving using it all over my face as a great base to give a glowy, dewy look. I love that it does not have any sparkles/shimmery things in it because I do not need sparkle in a day to day highlighter. It really makes you look glowy but does not make you feel greasy. - New Nap Dress - The new blue and white nap dress spoke to me on many levels, ahah. It is more beautiful in person! I really love the update features like longer smocking and pockets. I have a small and a x-small in the new, updated nap dress and think the x-small fits better because the smocking is stretchier! ...
