This place, Montauk, Actually feels like the end of the world. It is the most eastern point of Long Island, and is surrounded by the ocean. I love walking down the little path to the beach next to the lighthouse, and listening to the waves crash against the rocks. It feels so serene. While out there for a little trip, I wore this Gal Meets Glam dress out East. The simple pattern, and colors felt perfect for Montauk. And, the maxi length kept be a bit warm when the wind picked up by the ocean. What a great day, and we topped it off with a sunset cruise (post to come soon!)

Coastal Grandmother Aesthetic

  Who else has been loving the  Coastal Grandmother aesthetic trend on TikTok? I've been very engrossed in this trend that is actually not at all trendy and a nod to classic style, which I LOVE. Classic summer style is one of my favorite facets of classic style- linen dresses and pants, sun hats, walks on the beach and lots of rosé. This is literally me.   Happy Monday, friends! It is December, and that means you can catch me wearing plaid about every day. I wore this dress the other week, and have showed it on my Instagram, but it is still on sale, so I thought this outfit needed its own post! I love all the of the plaids because they just feel so classic and timeless, and I know I will be able to wear them for forever. This new dress caught my eye this year: it is plaid, a shirt dress, AND has ruffles! I was instantly sold, and even more so during their holiday sales.
