Spring Dress Round Up

Transitioning to spring weather is always my least favorite time of year. I never know exactly what to wear: its always freezing in the morning then sizzling by the afternoon! We have actually had a couple of weeks of weather in the 30s and 40s, so I have been mostly reaching for more winter pieces, which does not match the time of year. I think I am trying to manifest warm weather with my round-up of spring dresses today. I just want so desperately to wear a fun, flowy dress and not have to worry about grabbing a big coat or being cold. I would love to pack away my sweater tights and turtlenecks for good.

Dresses are my favorite piece to transition to warmer weather with, and I think we could still have some chilly days ahead so these are my quick tips to layer up your spring frock: a sweater/cardigan that can be easily worn around your shoulders but thrown on if you are chilled, a long dress with longer sleeves is a great option, and wearing a great pair of white sneakers keeps your feet warmer which keeps the whole you warmer!

Who else has been loving the Coastal Grandmother aesthetic trend on TikTok? I've been very engrossed in this trend that is actually not at all trendy and a nod to classic style, which I LOVE. Classic summer style is one of my favorite facets of classic style- linen dresses and pants, sun hats, walks on the beach and lots of rosé. This is literally me. Happy Monday, friends! It is December, and that means you can catch me wearing plaid about every day. I wore this dress the other week, and have showed it on my Instagram, but it is still on sale, so I thought this outfit needed its own post!
