Happy first Monday of 2021! I have been going back and forth on whether or not I want to set intentions for myself for the new year. I looked back on my 2020 Intentions , and had a good laugh because that is all you can do. I am not being hard on myself for not fully rounding out all of my intentions of 2020 because that would be wasted energy. I think it is ok to not have complete follow through on your intentions/goals. I am finding it more important to just be able to roll with the punches (yes, it is cheesy!).
