What I'm Loving no. 11: 2019 Favorites!!!

I have been having a great little break relaxing and hanging with the fam (that's why there has been a bit of a radio silence over her)! The holiday was great, and I got the fam to wear two different matching plaid outfits #goals! (LOL) It has been over one month since my last What I'm Loving....whoops, looks like I missed November! Thats ok because it was kind of a crazy month for me, just as this month as been. It is also almost the end of the year. So instead of combined November/December favorites, I am going to share my top 10 favorites of 2019! I obviously have way more than 10 favorites from 2019, but I tried to narrow it down to what I used the most, and what brought me the most joy. These favorites are anything from a piece of clothing, to skin care, to just some random things. I tried to pick things that I first tried in 2019 in hopes that most things are still available if you want to try it for yourself! 1. S'well Bottle This was my most used item of

Last Minute Gift Ideas

A little late with my Gift Guide Friday, but I had my LAST final last night, and just felt like relaxing. This is my last gift guide of the season! How is it the weekend before Christmas, already?!?Sometimes you procrastinate some of your gift buying (haha me), and sometimes you have a last minute gathering, and need to get a gift. You also just might not have a clue on what to gift. I have curated some things that I think are easy last minute finds. I tried to find things that you could easily go to the store for, or order via Amazon Prime, or do rush shipping for. I have had SO MUCH FUN putting together all of my guides this season. I hope at least one of you felt inspired!  Last Minute Gift Ideas    Fluffy socks   |   Earrings         Wine + wine bag   |   Skincare set   |   Candle   GMG Gift Card   |   Hat + Mittens Bluetooth speaker   |   Coffee mug   |   Sweater shaver  (seems random, but I want one!)      Here are some other ideas! - Other Gift

You better watch out!

Ok, sorry. I had to take the great opportunity with the title of this post 😂. Once it came to my brain, it was too funny to pass up! The days until the holiday are numbered, so I wanted to share this fun festive outfit, and chat about some holiday traditions today. This might be one of my favorite locations I have found back home in MN to shoot at during the winter. It looks all cheery and Christmasy! It is a historic home that has been restored as a historical landmark. I always forget the name, but I know exactly where it is, so I could navigate someone there, ahah! Skirt  |   Scarf  | Similar sweater  |   Similar Shoes  |   Earrings This blackwatch skirt from Ann Taylor is incredible! I love the fit, and the material: is a thicker material that will actually keep you warm during the winter! I really feel like blackwatch is a winter long plaid because the colors are not overly Christmasy. But, it is still festive to wear around the holidays! I als

You Plaid Me at Hello

Why does it seem that plaid season is extra short this year?? It makes me sad how fast it is going because I still have so much plaid left to wear!! So, there will be A LOT of plaid on here for the next few weeks, and I am not sorry about it 😂. [Side bar- I think the less red plaids, like black watch, are just fine outside the holidays! But red and green together plaids just feel too Christmasy to wear after New Year's.] Skirt  |   Shirt  |   Sweater Blazer  |   Tote  (gifted/won!)  |  Old J. Crew Shoes - similar here A plaid skirt is always a staple in my holiday wardrobe. I feel like it is a timeless piece that you can style so many ways. I know I will wear this year after year! I have seen so many cute plaid skirt options this year, but this one from J. Crew really caught my eye. The colors in it just seem perfectly holiday-esque, and the bands of tweed make the skirt stand out from other plaid skirts! I also love the way the red pops off this

A Pop of Plaid

Happy first Tuesday of December! It is only 22 days until Christmas, and that is just crazy! Today, I finally get to go back to New Jersey after all of the this insane winter weather, and I am excited to finish my Masters! Yes, like actually be done with the program and graduate!! More on that later 😊. While home in Minnesota, it was VERY cold and snowy. I found myself reaching for my Dudley Stephens fleece every single day! I loved dressing it up and down, and wore it with this white skirt one day. I also picked up this plaid headband (totally copied Elsa , Carly and Phoebe on this one, but I HAD to have it!!). It adds the perfect pop of festiveness to any outfit! I have been loving pairing it with a neutral outfit, like the one here, so the headband is the statement of the look.  I know I have talked A LOT about these fleeces on here, but let me just say a few more things (for now, haha)! I finally got to put this to the test in actually cold, snowy winter weat
