What I'm Loving no. 30 + Weekend Sales

Hello, it is Friday, and we have made it to the long weekend! It has been a long week, but hopefully this post brings you some joy. I have a mash-up post today of my favorites plus some weekend sale finds. This weekend is always so crazy with sales, that I never get to them all here, so make sure to check my LTK because I will add some more exclusive posts there! WHAT I'M LOVING: Cover Story // I read this book in about 3.5 days. I absolutely loved it, so it deserves a spot in the favorites from the past couple of weeks. It is definitely a fun summer read with Anna Delvey vibes. So if you loved that show on Netflix, read this one, trust me! Nude Block Sandals // I just got in these in from Sarah Flint, and wow they are the comfiest heel I have ever put on. The cushion and arch support of the sole are really unmatched to any other pair of heels I own. These are going to be great for any warm weather occasion (I made a TikTok styling them a few ways!). Charleston Guide

CHARLESTON GUIDE: Last week, I had the most wonderful trip to Charleston, SC. This sweet little city has been on my list for a long time and I am so grateful that I got to check it off (not completely check it off because I will go back!). I put together more of a what we did during our stay. I loosely call this a guide because it was my first time there, and we didn't nearly get to all Charleston has to offer, but I included a "for next trip" section at the end :) Enjoy! And if you are headed here, I am jealous! DAYTIME ACTIVITIES: There is really so much to do and see in this sweet, historic city. I think our favorite part was just wandering and getting lost in the side streets to admire all of the beautiful old homes. So here's the list: -Walk through Waterfront Park + see the Pineapple Fountain -Wander down East Bay St. to see Rainbow Row + keeping walking down towards the Battery to walk along the water and admire the homes -Tour a historic mansion -Get lost in

What I Packed for Charleston

I am just back from my trip to Charleston, SC. It was an amazing trip, and I need to go back to explore all that I missed. I love seeing what others pack for trips to various destinations, and thought it could be helpful to share what I packed for my trip to Charleston. Since my family has a house in Florida, I am no stranger to the heat and humidity of the South this time of year. This is what I always keep in mind when packing for a late spring/early summer trip to this part of the country. I gravitate towards flowy dresses, lighter colors, and throw in sweaters for icy air conditioning and cooler nights.  For this trip, I wanted to include pieces that I can dress down during the day, and dress up a little more for night time since we love to do fun, nice vacay dinners. So I mostly packed dresses and skirts. I did wear linen pants for travel, so I also had those in case I was feeling like pants (I wasn't!). I also brought a swim suit + cover up for the rooftop pool/terrace/bar.

Friday Favorites: What I'm Loving no. 29

It has been a minute since I done a favorites post. The last one I wrote was in back in January! I used to write these weekly or monthly, so I am going to try and get back to more regular favorites post. I know I say this a lot, but these kinds of blog posts are my favorite to read, so I really enjoying writing my own because there is so much to discover from each other. Happy Friday, and enjoy friends :) WHAT I'M LOVING: Monogrammed Straw Tote : (tote pictured above) I have been carrying this tote so often since the weather starting to turn warm. It feels like a very chic summer accessory, and I love how it can be personalized with your initials and stripes in the color combo of your choice. It is also from a small women owned business, which we LOVE to support! White Sneakers : It took me so long to get on the Vejas white sneaker train, but I am so glad I finally impulse ordered them. I am not a sneaker girly at heart, but felt like I needed a nice pair of white sneakers that

Coastal Grandmother Aesthetic

Who else has been loving the  Coastal Grandmother aesthetic trend on TikTok? I've been very engrossed in this trend that is actually not at all trendy and a nod to classic style, which I LOVE. Classic summer style is one of my favorite facets of classic style- linen dresses and pants, sun hats, walks on the beach and lots of rosé. This is literally me. And I consider myself a grandmillennial, so coastal grandmother is not too far off. Some may call it coast-grand-millennial ;) ALSO, a couple of weeks ago the Today Show did a segment on the trend, and featured a clip from one of my coastal gran TikToks! These are things you need to create your own coastal grandmother aesthetic, the coastal grandmother starter kit if you will. You probably have most of these things in your closet if you are a fellow classic style lover, like myself. So lets all live our lives as if we lived in a Nancy Meyers movie, and have the best coastal grandmother girl summer. Coast Grandmother Essentials: - B
