  It has been a while since I wrote a life update, and felt like this was the perfect time for another one. It has also been a minute since I last uploaded a blog post, hah. So....I moved and am going to medical school! This past week has been equal parts exciting and nerve wrecking. There was a few long days of orientation, but we did get our white coats which made this transition feel real and official. I have been thinking about how I wanted to decorate my new apartment for a couple of months, and have been saving things I liked so I could eventually share this with you! I really just leaned in to what I love, which immediately meant blue and white everything! I also incorporated my love of wicker/rattan/cane. I am surprised by the random, great finds I have found on Amazon! I have most of these in my new apartment, and a few are on my wishlist like the gingham rug, ice bucket and Hill House Home bedding.   I am often asked where my collection of ginger jars and blue and white pieces are from. The answer is never simple, as I usually let the jars find me- that is if I am out and about, and see something that speaks to me I get it! I do have a places where I like to buy them or can find ginger jars, and that is what I am sharing today!: 1. Antique/Consignment Shops // I think anyone would tell you that this is the best place to find ginger jars or blue and white dishes/pottery. This is my number one because I like to think that a piece found in an antique store has a story or something special behind it.
